ADHD, anxiety, and/or depression management:

$295 for initial evaluation and then $95 per month

Add QB Testing to initial ADHD evaluation for $150 (and then $125 for subsequent QB Tests)

Headache A la carte Pricing

Headache patients may choose to pay per visit instead of a membership plan. This is best for patients with well-controlled headaches.

Initial headache consultation (90 minutes): $350

Follow-up headache visit: virtual or in-person (60 minutes): $250

~Evening and weekend appointments available for an additional $100 per visit

Initial consultation (90 minutes) without ongoing management: $350

Most patients will choose to do the membership option listed above. However, for patients who want a one-time evaluation, this is available. The evaluation and treatment recommendations will be sent to the patient and his/her primary care physician.

QB Testing for kids, teens, and adults who are not my patients: $200

QB Testing does not establish a doctor-patient relationship. If you are not my patient, you then take your QB Test results back to your healthcare provider for additional evaluation and for management.

Acupuncture Pricing

$150 per session

Package of 6 sessions for $750 (save $150)

Add a monthly acupuncture session to a headache or mental health membership for $75 per month.
